12 count package of dinner rollsRotisserie Chicken, shredded (3 cups)2 C. marinara sauce8 oz. Fresh mozzarella cheese slices¼ C. fresh basil, chopped½ C. melted butter2 cloves garlic2 T. basil2 T. Parmesan cheese.
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Slice dinner rolls in half, set tops aside.
- Place in casserole dish.
- Sprinkle shredded chicken over dinner roll bottoms.
- Spread marinara sauce over chicken.
- Layer cheese over chicken.
- Sprinkle with basil.
- Top with dinner roll tops.
- Combine melted butter, basil, garlic, Parmesan cheese
- Brush with melted butter mixture
- Bake 20 minutes.
- Cut apart and serve.
