1 C. sugar¼ C. shortening2 eggs3 crushed ripe bananas2 C. baking mix⅓ C. chopped nuts
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Grease and flour a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
- Cream sugar and shortening.
- Add eggs and crushed banana.
- Add baking mix and nuts.
- Stir until well mixed.
- Pour batter into a well-greased and floured loaf pan.
- Bake about 55 minutes
- Remove from pan.
- Cool on rack before slicing
