12 count package of dinner rolls2 lb. ground beef2 t. salt2 t. black pepper2 t. garlic powder½ onion6 cheddar cheese slices
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Slice dinner rolls in half, set tops aside.
- Place in casserole dish.
- In a casserole dish, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder.
- Flatten evenly over bottom of pan.
- Bake 20 minutes.
- Place cooked beef on top of dinner roll bottoms
- Sprinkle on onions,
- Layer cheese over beef.
- Top with dinner roll tops.
- Brush with melted butter
- Bake 20 minutes.
- Cut apart and serve
