Tandoori Seasoning

1½ t. garlic powder
1½ t. paprika
1 t. cayenne pepper
1 t. ground coriander
1 t. ground cumin
1 t. ground ginger
1 t. salt
¼ t. ground cardamom
¼ t. ground cinnamon

Mix all ingredients together and use as a rub for lamb, beef, pork and chicken.

Note:  This is spicy.
