Ingredients:
2 zucchini2 carrots1 onionsalt, pepper and spices to taste4 T. flour1 egg
Directions:
- Grate the zucchini, carrots, and onion into a bowl.
- Remove excess moisture from mixture.
- Add salt, pepper, flour and egg, and mix well.
- Form into pancake shapes.
- Place into hot oil to cook
