2 c. chopped, cooked ham
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 small onion, chopped (optional)
½ c. sour cream
½ c. buttered bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients except breadcrumbs.
- In a 2 to 2½-quart casserole or baking dish, combine ham, broccoli, cooked rice, soup, cheese, onion, and sour cream.
- Spread bread crumbs over top.
- Bake 55 to 65 minutes at 325° F, or until browned and bubbly.
Serves 4.
