Ingredients:
4 eggs
6 oz. breakfast sausage
1 c. hashbrowns
½ c. cheddar cheese, shredded
2 9-inch flour tortillas.
Directions:
- Scramble eggs and cook until fully set.
- Brown sausage and crumble while cooking.
- Brown hashbrowns in pan with the sausage.
- Divide the eggs, sausage and hashbrowns between the tortillas.
- Sprinkle with cheese and roll up wraps.
