Ingredients:
1 pkg. imitation crab, cut up2 T. butter1 T. olive oil1 clove garlic2 green onions, cut into ½-inch pieces2 c. uncooked rice3 c. vegetable broth3 oz. cream cheesewonton stirps
Directions:
- Sauté crab, green onions, and garlic in butter and olive oil. Remove from pan.
- In same pan, add rice and brown slightly.
- Add broth, making sure rice is covered.
- Cover pan with lid.
- Cook rice on low heat until rice is cooked.
- Add crab, onions and garlic back to pan.
- Add cream cheese and stir until melted and combined.
- Sprinkle wonton strips on top and serve.
