Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets
⅓ C. Orange Marmalade
1 T. Soy Sauce
1 t. garlic, minced
½ t. ground ginger
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Mix all glaze ingredients together in a small bowl.
- Brush salmon with about half of the glaze mixture.
- Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until the fish is almost cooked through.
- Switch over to broil setting, or turn up to 450°F.
- Brush the remaining glaze over the top of the salmon.
- Broil for 3-5 minutes, until the glaze bubbles.
Note: Watch closely so it does not burn!
