Ingredients:
8 oz. imitation crab meat, chopped1 C. low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded1 C. onion, chopped4 large eggs1 C. evaporated skim milk1/2 t. salt1/2 t. dry mustard1/8 t. pepper1 dash paprika
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. (375 degrees for glass pie plate)
- Spray 9" pie plat with non-stick spray.
- Combine chopped crab, onion and cheese.
- Press into pie plate.
- Beat together remaining ingredients except paprika and pour over the crab.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
